Visitors on the Green
Throughout this summer the Bowling Club at Market Bosworth has been hosting different local groups to come along and have a sociable evening centred around Bowling.
Groups were from Gopsall WI, West Leicestershire U3A
And TMBS Staff. Everyone began being shown the basics from the ‘Experts’. All equipment was supplied by the club, the only requirement was that everyone turned up in flat-soled shoes. There then followed by a short refreshment break, before everyone was challenged to complete a Crazy Bowls Course. Visitors were tasked to try and Score a goal, Hit the Wicket or Ring the Bell.
The evenings were rounded off with excellent helping of Fish & Chips.
We hope that we may have ‘sown a seed’ for some of our visitors may take up the game in the future.

There is no car park at the club, but you can park on the road( usually busy!) or down a road opposite the club. there is also a small pay and display car park on the right just past the club
